Amos and Ira are in Japan with the Plug and Play Japan team this week.
They have been meeting with some of Japan's big global players in agriculture and food and discussing the challenges and opportunities they see in future food production systems and supply chains.
It is great to see that many of these large and influential companies are not waiting around for consumers to drive sustainability. Instead they are making moves around decarbonising their supply chains - especially in dairy and meat. And of course Miruku has the potential to play a part in that decarbonisation!
