Miruku at CSIRO's Future Proteins Symposium in Sydney

Miruku's COO, Dr. Abby Thompson, was at the CSIRO Future Proteins Symposium in Sydney at the end of May. The symposium's theme, 'Scaling up for Success', set the stage for insightful discussions on the future of sustainable food production.

Abby participated in the panel 'Future Proteins on the Horizon', where she discussed the challenges and opportunities Miruku faces in scaling our innovative protein solutions. She was joined by industry leaders Andrew Janis (General Counsel and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs for Vow), Kristi Riordan (CEO and Co-Founder of Harvest B), and Michele Stansfield (CEO of Cauldron Ferm).

The Symposium explored a diverse range of topics, from meeting the growing demand for sustainable, protein-rich products to pioneering ideas in dairy protein manufacturing. The event highlighted the exciting future of Australia's agrifood industry, emphasising innovation and sustainability.

We are excited to be continuing our efforts to transform the agricultural landscape (both in Australia and globally) with more sustainable solutions.
